Allstate always keeps me updated monthly, I can log on anytime and the office assistance is always polite and helpful, Never left hanging on the phone always quick to respond, There are no gimmicks, I have stopped shopping around Allstate is also the cheapest i have ever got the only problem i have ever had was with the drive wise which got sorted out fast, I never have a problem, Thank you so much Edward Anderson for everything you do to make it easy.

I have had some absolute horrible experiences with Allstate as a whole and I usually dread having to call them, but Angelica absolutely changed my view entirely today. She was so well informed and walked me through each bit of the quoting process. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions (which was a lot) and was able to hold amazing small talk! It felt like she had my best interest at heart and was doing everything she could to find the best prices for me and explain the little things I should look for as a whole while searching for full coverage insurance! Even if I asked the same question over and over again, she was very patient with me! I have never once had an experience like this one with an insurance agent and now I never want to go back! I never want to talk to any other insurance agent again unless they are Angelica. Yes, she was THAT good!!!!
